  • Please use the BC self-assessment tool at https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en to self-assess daily for symptoms of COVID-19. Do not enter the Research Data Centre prior to your scheduled reservation and if you have any of Covid-19 related symptoms.

By checking in, the researcher confirms that he/she passes the entry checks as required by the local university/institution.

The RDC follows the health and safety guidelines of both Statistics Canada and the university. These guidelines no longer mandate the wearing of a mask as a requirement to work in the RDC.

We continue to strongly encourage everyone to wear a mask when in the RDC to ensure a safe, accessible, and inclusive environment for all researchers, including those who have, or who live with those who have, health conditions that place them at higher risk of poor outcomes of COVID-19.

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations to enable researchers to continue their work in the RDC without barriers due to health or family status. Please reach out to your local Academic Director if you require accommodation to be able to safely continue your research.

Researchers should check the Dashboard upon login for more information about their local RDC policies.
